PhD at CIS

The CIS promotes collaboration between doctoral candidates and PhD students conducting their research in comparative political science and international studies at ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. We offer collaboration with faculty members from both institutions, the CIS PhD Colloquium, which provides a structure to develop and present your research plan, as well as the possibility to attend the CIS Colloquium, which is a weekly guest speaker series, as well as several other events throughout the year such as the PhD retreats, the Zurich Political Economy Seminar Series, and Early Career Research talks.
